Moto cuisine – Chigago

Part of what excites me about food are the seemingly endless boundaries of creativity that Chefs constantly come up with and with an anything is possible approach, the journey of wonderment, discovery and learning of new techniques and flavour combinations never ceases to inspire and remind me what is truly possible to create and enjoy with food.

I’m plugging a restaurant here that I would love to visit given the chance, run by Chef Homaro Cantu, who’s food style is just one of a group of Chefs who push these limits, never being afraid to explore the unexplored.

Moto was awarded a Michelin star this year and the style of food I personally find very exciting due to it’s far out approach and incredibly high ambition and vision that anything is possible and to expect the unexpected.. click on the link and see for yourself a 16 course tasting menu from Chef Homaro Cantu and his team..
